- requirements -

1. Students must pass five subjects during the previous semester and earn a minimum of five credits toward graduation during the previous school year.
2. Physical examinations are required. Free physical exams will be offered to students at Hillsboro.
3. Students must provide proof of insurance.
4. Parental permission forms must be signed.

Click on Prospective Student Athletes then go to Registration Form for US Students. If you are registering for the NCAA and have Free or Reduced Lunch status, let Mrs. Shewmake know so she can register you to have the NCAA registration fee waived.
